Pokemon the RPG Redux

Fairly large update! I felt the urge to take a second look at this old work and ended up finding room for a lot of improvements, including:

• Fixed formatting issues and generally improved layout.
• Added rules for Contests.
• Added some items, including classic battle held items.
• Adjusted some moves, mostly for clarity.
• Improved and expanded variety of premade Pokemon templates.
